Please provide a way to show the information captured by custom sign-up fields on the Confirmation Email and on the Status Report email. This information is displayed by “Manage Sign-ups”, but there does not appear to be a way to include it on the emails that are sent out. If there is a way to include this in the emails, please include this in the documentation.

Additional news! The feature to add custom fields to the Status Email has also now been developed. It is expected to be released with the next version of the plugin (likely version 2.2.15).
