    After upgrading from 2.2.12 to 2.2.13, people cannot sign up. The signup sheet links to signup do NOT open. In fact they don’t do anything but scroll a little.

    I need to roll back to 2.2.12 but even after installing WP Rollback plugin, your plugin is the one plugin on our entire site that will not allow a rollback. And your page does not provide the ability to download and install earlier versions.
    I need instructions – and the source code – to be able to roll back to Version 2.2.12 which worked fine.
    This is frustrating b/c our nonprofit depends on volunteers and we have several critical events this month depending on volunteers. Please help!

    I replied earlier this morning via a direct support ticket with details on some next steps, but wanted to followup on this thread as well. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue yet on my side. Let me know if you are still having trouble or have any questions with the suggestion I provided to disable the auto-scroll feature and see if that solves things for you. Thanks!

    Thank you very much. I’m going to try disabling sign-up link auto-scroll to sheet with the current version 2.2.13 and see if that works.

    Thank you for the assistance and good to know it was a Divi script interfering.

    I am also experiencing this issue and use DIVI as well. What were the steps used to disable?

    One new feature in the 2.2.13 version includes an optional auto-scroll ability to help users get to the sign-up form quickly especially if there is a lot of content on the page. However, it appears that the Divi theme has some code that is preventing those links from working. I’ve reported the issue to Divi and am hoping they can resolve the issue. In the meantime, please try disabling this feature to see if that fixes things. To do so…

    1. In your admin, go to Sign-up Sheets → Settings → Sign-up Form
    2. Select the checkbox for “Disable sign-up link auto-scroll to sheet (hash in sign-up link)”
    3. Click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page

    I just released a fix to workaround the Divi theme issue and it’s available in the new version 2.2.14 of the Sign-up Sheets plugin. Once you update you should be able to re-enable the auto-scroll feature. Please feel free to give it a try and let me know if you run into any other issues.
